General equipment and design features:
- Base frame: stainless steel, glass bead blasted
- Covers: stainless steel, powder-coated RAL7043 / RAL2011
- Control cabinet: Black plate, powder-coated RAL7043 (W x H x D: 1.200 mm x 2.000 mm x 600 mm)
Description of the machine:
- 1 working area for machining with 1 fixture
- Supply voltage: 480 V (3-phase current ±5 % 60 Hz)
- max. operating current: max. 1 x 380 A
- max. operating voltage: max. 48 V
- Control SIEMENS CPU 1516-3 PN/DP
- Circuit breaker to assure pulsed machining
- Pneumatic system with maintenance unit for compressed air preparation
- Pneumatic adjusting unit for fixture upper parts (Z-Hub with adjustable stroke length)
- Pneumatically shutting hood for protection against splashing electrolyte
- Quick-change-interface for ECM-fixtures in the working area
- Power connections clearly positioned on each rear panel of the working area
- ECM-processing via current or voltage (switchable)
- Lockable safety basin for nitric acid (for pH-value regulation)
- Electrolyte collection tray (10%) underneath the machine with leakage sensor
